The first stage comprises three industrial sheds and each shed has a two story office block attached. Each shed has a 10t over head gantry crane installed. The three complexes are currently being leased on a short term basis. J&P Corporations Yuna development located at Lot 1 South Western Highway, Picton, WA has completed the first stage of development. The intention of Stage 2 is to develop five (5) large sheds, marked as Shed 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, with sheds 4 & 5 being an exact replica of the complexes in Stage 1.
